How and when we Ship

We ship most packages within 48 hours by DHL, UPS ,TNT or EMS(3-7 Day). This allows them to be tracked and insured for loss or damage. If you would like us to ship by a faster method, you can select this option when you finish your order. DHL, UPS ,TNT or EMS don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

Processing Time

u        Estimated Processing Time + Estimated Shipping Time = Estimated Total Delivery Time

u        If you place an order after 3 P.M. Beijing Time (GMT+8), we will begin processing it on the next business day. Processing can take from 1 to several days depending on your product. Special orders and custom made product takes longer.

u       Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.

u        Estimated Total Delivery Time applies to all in-stock products only (no pre-orders, or back orders)

u        If we must review an order for security reasons, that review may cause the Estimated Delivery Time to be delayed.

u        We can't guarantee Estimated Shipping Time. The delivery company determines those times; however, we will expedite all orders to the best of our ability.

Special Orders

Some products which you need special requirements but our standard one don’t have may be special orders, which will take a few days longer to ship. We make our best effort to mark such products or contact you as soon as your order is placed.

Mode of Transportation

1.Transportation by sea be the mode ( of transportation ) we usually adopt for our export. And COSCO, SITC, PIL, SINOKOR and other major shipping companies established a good and close relations of cooperation.

2.Transportation by Air/Express,such as Dhl,Fedex,EMS etc.our freight agent will arrange the inspection,declaration,Door to Door service.Our aim is to deliver all orders within 7 working days of your payment being received. In the unlikely event that this is not possible, for example ordered goods is out of stock, we would email you to advise you of the likely delay. All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by Customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any problem.

All Parcels will be held for picking up if it not be signed for or delivered. Please ensure that you provide us with the proper and correct shipping address. The shipping address you provided MUST be a valid address with a postal service. We are not responsible for the orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses filled on our website. All delivery items will be sent by the "Recorded Signed for" delivery service. Item(s) will require a signature from you upon arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your item(s) will arrive safely and direct into your possession. So please pay attention to track your parcel status online.

4. Western Union Money Transfer. We can accept payment by West Union when you want to order large sums of jewels (usually 1,000 USD above). You can pay online by the Western Union website ( http://www.westernunion.com ) or Western Union agents, after receive your payment, we will deliver your order on the second workday.

In all cases, the product might not be shipped until the funds have cleared in HDV's Bank Account.
For International Wire Transfers HDV holds the right to withhold goods at our discretion or, advisement of Bank until the funds have cleared and are considered in good sted or holding.
